How does patients monitor themselves?

The Doctor or Nutritionist should provide targeted recommendations based on the patient's needs. However, it is recommended to record the patient's weight, blood pressure, and waist circumference before starting ProLonĀ® and after each diet cycle. Furthermore, the professional should remind the patient to follow the diet as planned.
